Both Parents Matter Cymru

We provide information, advice and assistance for parents and grandparents with child contact problems in Wales.
We have also become a specialist domestic violence support service primarily for men who are also facing child contact problems.
We are seeking partners to develop and deliver a new initiative to support men in prson who have been told by their ex partner that they wont be able to see the child/ren on release. We will work to negotiate with the main carer and try to resolve the difficulties, possibly using local mediation providers. As a last resort we will seek to obtain Legal Aid to enable the prisoner to make an application to the Family Court.
