The primary aims of the Riverside Housing Support Service are –
All our referrals come direct from CRC and we also have a referral route from Shelter within HMP’s across the North West Prison Estate,

Support customers to locate and attain suitable accommodation

Provide support and advice to customers in order to prevent any evictions – we can also support your customers if they have been given notice within supported accommodation

Provide advice and support to ensure a customer maintains their accommodation

Provide access to suitable accommodation through a provision of an enhanced bond scheme .

Provide a service to customers that may need access to emergency accommodation across the 14 local authorities – this may be a “sit-up” service (emergency access beds) within homeless organisations and possible access to Hostel Accommodation.
