At SFT we provide support and training to all young people and adults who are at risk of offending or re-offending. We give the opportunity to turn a life around by providing: Education, Training, Holistic support to address issues; Stable accommodation; A challenge to negative attitudes and behaviour; Positive role models/peer mentors that have had personal experiences. This course is designed to improve teamwork, responsibility, motivational skills, and leadership skills, peer mentoring and independent living skills. The activities are arduous both mentally and physically and span the whole day, from early morning to late in the evening. We offer a 3 to 5 day residential course in a rural setting to groups of people from various backgrounds, cultures and communities for an intensive and demanding course. The mentoring service is available to ex-offenders, recovering addicts, venerable young people and young people on the verge of becoming NEET.
