Walk Ministries provides a structured one to two-year residential rehabilitation and resettlement programme for men leaving prison and those at high risk of offending within the community.
We support up to 70 men each year by providing safe accommodation alongside mentoring, counselling, supervised detoxification, life skills development, and pathways into volunteering, training and employment. Through our network of supported houses across Stoke-on-Trent, we help men maintain recovery, develop independence and rebuild their lives in a stable, supportive environment.
Rooted in a Christian ethos and welcoming men of all faiths and none, we take a person-centred approach to addressing homelessness, addiction, unemployment and social isolation. Our work helps reduce reoffending, prevent homelessness, strengthen family and community connections, and support long-term resettlement and independence.
