Right Track work with the hardest to help learners. These learners may be long term unemployed, have long term criminal records or have issues with housing, drugs/alcohol or literacy and numeracy. We work with these learners from around age 14 right up until retirement. We offer practical, hands on personal development and employability training which is designed to properly prepare learners for employment or an apprenticeship in which they can succeed. All our courses and learning sessions are underpinned by nationally recognised qualifications to build the learners' confidence and self belief. We also offer occupationally specific courses such as Business Admin, Customer Service, CIS Card and self employment. Our most important work is teaching strategies that enable behavioural change. Where learners are ready and are motivated and eligible, we can also work with them through an apprenticeship.
