Thirteen Care and Support is a new company within the Thirteen Group working throughout the North-East and in North Yorkshire. It brings together two experienced, creative and complementary care and support providers from the former Fabrick Group:
1)Norcare: a specialist care and suport provider and Registered Charity which was founded in 1984 and joined the Fabrick Group in 2012.
2)Tees Valley Housing Limited's supported housing team: a team which has a long track record of developing and delivering support services.
Our vision is to 'help people who need support in order to maximise their independence'.
We currently deliver a range of housing and community based support services to Veterans, young people, families, those seeking drug and alcohol recovery,individuals experiencing mental health issues, those escaping domestic violence, ex-offenders,the homeless and other individuals living chaotic lives or with multiple and complex needs.
