With training centres in 5 London prisons and one in the community in London, Bounce Back trains people in sought after construction industry skills. Offering an end to end solution from prison to employment we engage with trainees 6 months prior to release to help them through their journey gaining skills and qualifications that can lead to employment on release either within our painting and decorating social enterprise or with a number of construction industry partners with whom they work. Their aim is to change lives and break the cycle of crime by training people in custody for employment and a positive future.
