• Housing advice – We offer housing advice and support to young people by
working with a wide range of partner organisations. This includes advice and support for issues with current accommodation, housing options, income or debt difficulties and accessing benefits. This can currently be done through telephone advice sessions.

• Counselling Service – We offer 12 Counselling sessions with a
trainee counsellor. These are currently conducted through telephone sessions. A young person does not need to have housing problems to access this service.

• Family Mediation – We offer support to young people and families
in periods of difficulty with the aim of developing relationships through the help of a trained mediator. Currently we are working face to face with young people and family members as well as remotely where this is not possible.
