PATH Yorkshire is a Yorkshire-based charity providing education, training, employment pathways and holistic support for men, women and young people, including people in contact with the criminal justice system and those at risk of offending.
We deliver person-centred services that help people build confidence, develop skills and progress into education, employment and positive participation in their communities. Our work includes accredited and non-accredited training, employability support, supported employment, key working, case management, resettlement support and progression planning.
Working with people facing multiple barriers, including trauma, poverty, neurodiversity, discrimination and social isolation, we provide tailored, trauma-informed support that promotes resilience and long-term change. We work in partnership with statutory services, employers, education providers and voluntary organisations to improve rehabilitation, resettlement and inclusive opportunities.
