Hummingbird Holistic Therapy Hub C.I.C. provides specialist, trauma-informed therapeutic workshops and interventions for people aged 17 and over who have caused harm in intimate or family relationships, or who recognise early warning signs that they may become perpetrators of domestic abuse.
Our work is based on the belief that accountability and compassion can coexist. Through safe, structured and therapeutic spaces, we support individuals to take responsibility for their behaviour, understand its impact on others, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and those around them.
