Evolve Education

Evolve Education is part of a social enterprise founded in 2003 with a mission of Wellbeing > Mindset > Performance. We support people in contact with the criminal justice system through the ENHANCE programme, an innovative neurocognitive development programme designed to improve prison safety, rehabilitation and long-term outcomes.

Rather than focusing solely on vocational skills, ENHANCE helps participants strengthen core cognitive abilities such as attention, memory, emotional regulation and impulse control, increasing their capacity to learn and engage with education, rehabilitation and resettlement opportunities. The programme is flexible and technology-enabled, making it accessible across a range of custodial settings, including for people on remand or serving short sentences.

We work closely with prisons to improve outcomes for both individuals and prison environments by reducing conflict, supporting positive behaviour and helping people build the foundations for lasting change.
