Our organisation works alongside women in contact with the criminal justice system to support them to build independent, sustainable sources of income. We partner with organisations across justice and community settings to design and deliver practical, relational support that helps women move towards economic stability and long-term independence.

Our services focus on bridging the gap between ambition and access. We provide tailored enterprise support, including guidance on starting small businesses, developing income-generating ideas, and building the confidence and skills needed to take these forward. Alongside this, we work closely with partner organisations to co-design programmes that respond to the realities women face, including financial insecurity, systemic barriers, and limited access to opportunities.

A key part of our work is testing and developing approaches that contribute to wider systems change. This includes building evidence around what works, influencing how support is delivered, and advocating for more inclusive economic opportunities for women impacted by the justice system.

Through this, we aim to create pathways that enable women not only to generate income, but to do so in ways that are sustainable, dignified, and led by their own goals and aspirations.
