NewGround Foundation exists to provide the opportunity to never reoffend.
NewGround Foundation is the charity of the speciality coffee roaster, NewGround. Together, the two were formed in order to address the issue of reoffending through the coffee industry.
We provide expert coffee industry training in prisons and in the community to people with lived experience of the criminal justice system, and support graduates from our training into employment in the coffee industry. We aim to equip people with all of the skills and knowledge they would need to work in speciality coffee, and then we connect those interested in pursuing work in the industry with NewGround's nationwide industry connections.
