Our purpose is to tackle disadvantage and give the best opportunities to the people of Blackpool by combining sport and physical activity with long-term support to combat the diverse issues affecting people’s lives. We use sport and physical activity in an intentional way to inspire changes in behaviours and attitudes amongst vulnerable people of all ages, although much of our work centres on enhancing the lives of children and young people through improved health, skills, opportunities and social connections. This includes individuals who are NEET, engaged with the youth justice system, stuck in Alternative Education, face difficult home lives or living with physical and mental disabilities.
