Goodwill Solutions manages the Building Better Opportunities Programme, it is an initiative aimed at helping unemployed and economically inactive people from Northamptonshire, to gain vocational skills and accredited training as well as employability support to enable them to become more work-ready and enter sustainable employment.
We work with many disadvantaged groups including ex-offenders and those serving non-custodial sentences and have no offence related barriers to our engagement and support programme.
Depending on eligibility (you must be out of work, have the right to work in the UK and be resident in a Northamptonshire NN postcode) we could offer you fully funded training and support.
