Directory of Services guidance
Guidance to help you search the Directory of Services, claim your organisation’s listing, or create a new record.
Start with a search
The Directory includes a search bar which can be used to look up organisations, services, locations, or keywords. However, while the Directory is still in BETA, results will depend on the information and keywords organisations have included in their records.
For this reason, you may find the filters the most helpful way to explore the Directory at this stage. In particular, the Fields of work and People we work with filters are a great place to start.

- Start with Fields of work or People we work with if you are not sure what to search for
- Open a record to view more information about the organisation or service
If you cannot find what you are looking for straight away, try using different keywords or browsing through the filters instead.

Search the directory
Find organisations and projects by searching for a place, organisation name, keyword, or type of support.
You can also use filters such as Fields of work, People we work with, and location to narrow down your results.
Claim your organisation
Search for your organisation, open the record, and select the “Claim now” button.
Once claimed, you will be able to update your organisation’s information and keep your listing accurate.
Create a new record
If your organisation is not listed, you can create a new record through the Directory.
Please check carefully first to avoid creating a duplicate listing.
How to claim your organisation
If your organisation is already listed, you can claim the record so you can manage and update the information.
- Go to the Directory of Services.
- Search for your organisation by name.
- Open your organisation’s record.
- Select the “Claim now” button within the record.
- Follow the instructions to submit your claim.
If your organisation is not listed
If you search the Directory and cannot find your organisation, you can create a new record.
- Check first that your organisation does not already have a record
- Use the option in the Directory to create a new organisation record
- Add clear and accurate information about your organisation and services
- Submit the record for review
About information in the Directory
The Directory is currently in BETA and continues to be developed and refined.
Records may include information submitted directly by organisations, information added by Clinks from publicly available sources, or incomplete records that are still awaiting review and updates from organisations themselves.
If your organisation is listed and you did not create the record, you can claim it through the Directory and update the information. If you would prefer not to be listed, please contact support@clinks.org.
