Care Quality Commission feedback - deadline extended
New deadline: Friday 14th August
Over recent weeks Clinks have been gathering evidence from organisations like yours for the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to help them understand the experiences of offenders and their families using health and care services in Greater London. We know you work in this area, so want to make sure we include any information you are able to share.
To submit your feedback email: cqcfeedback.london@clinks.org
Thank you to everyone who has already responded, your feedback really will make a difference to the CQC. If you have yet to respond, please think about doing so in the coming week. We are particularly keen to hear about services in North and East London; and health services in prisons and mental health services across the region.
We know you regularly hear from your service users about their successes, and challenges, in getting their health needs met; and often support them to engage with health services. The CQC want to hear this evidence to help their inspectors decide which services they need to inspect, what to look out for, and what to ask to make sure they get the full picture, and your clients get the best possible healthcare.
So if you or your service users have stories to share - good or bad - don't miss this chance to highlight them. There are no surveys to fill out; simply complete a simple feedback form or send us an email with your comments on health services in your local area.
