TR Helpline and legal advice extended
Clinks, with support from the Cabinet Office, will be continuing to run the TR Helpline and legal advice service until June. We expect that Tier 1 bidders will be looking to finalise their supply chains by mid June, and so the Helpline will continue to support organisations as they enter negotations prior to this date.

Tier 2 and 3 registration extended
The MoJ has recently confirmed that the 31st March registration deadline for potential Tier 2 and 3 providers has now been removed and registrations will continue indefinitely. If you are considering subcontracting under the TR programme you are strongly advised to register to ensure that any subcontracting arrangements you enter into use the Industry Standard Partnering Agreement (ISPA); contact MAS@justice.gsi.gov.uk to request a registration form. Organisations that are registered will receive an email from the MoJ by the end of this week, if you have previously registered and do not receive this email you are advised to query this by contacting MAS@justice.gsi.gov.uk.
TR legal support project resources
In addition to the TR Helpline, Clinks has worked with Russell-Cooke Solicitors to produce 'Subcontracting - a Guide to the Legal Implications of the ISPA' to help voluntary sector organisations get to grips with the implications of taking on this kind of contract and how to deal with contract negotiations. The guide is available to download in full, or you can download each section seperately on our website here.
Clinks ran a series of workshops on the legal implications of subcontracting in TR throughout March. A video of one of the workshops and video introductions to the legal issues will be available to watch on our website soon.
