Are you looking for commissioning and contracting opportunities in the Criminal Justice System?
The Ministry of Justice’s Transforming Rehabilitation reforms are taking shape. Contracts could be given for 7-10 years, so if you want to be involved, you need to act now!
Here are 3 easy steps to get started:
1. REGISTER YOUR INTEREST WITH THE MOJ
Notify the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) of your interest by registering your organisation on their Prior Information Notice. This is not restricted to potential primes, so if you think you may wish to provide services to offenders as part of one of the new contracts – whether as a prime, in a consortium or as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 subcontractor – it is worth registering as soon as possible.
Registered organisations will receive all communications relating to the proposed reforms, including more detailed information on the design of the new contracts. The MoJ also plan to assist smaller organisations contact potential primes by providing networking opportunities between registered organisations.
2. REGISTER ON CLINKS' PARTNERSHIP FINDER
Partnership Finder is Clinks’ new supply chain and consortia directory, designed to allow Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations working in criminal justice to promote your services to commissioners and prime providers.
Launching in August, Partnership Finder will allow users to search hundreds of VCSE organisations by service provided, geographical area, size and track record, to find their ideal partners.
The site will open for registration in July - look out for more details in future issues of Light Lunch. Take the first step towards registering today by making sure your organisation is featured in our Directory of Offender Services.
3. KEEP UP TO DATE
