Are you interested in co-ordinating local services for people with multiple and complex needs?
Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM), a coalition of Clinks, Homeless Link and Mind, is inviting applications for free support to improve local services for people with multiple and complex needs. The deadline is 31st July, and there are information events taking place around the country in the next few weeks.
The MEAM Approach
The MEAM Approach is a framework to help local areas better coordinate services for people facing multiple needs. MEAM currently works with 27 local areas across the country. Thanks to a major new strategic investment from the Big Lottery Fund, the MEAM coalition is developing a new programme of work that will significantly expand the number of MEAM Approach areas. We are looking for a new cohort of 25 local areas who are ready to develop coordinated interventions and systemic changes to improve outcomes for people experiencing multiple needs.
If your area has started to build a cross-sector partnership, is able to self-fund an intervention and is ready to try a new approach to working with multiple and complex needs, we would like to hear from you. Visit the website for more information.
