"I think people will still continue to work hard, still continue to be positive, but actually there is a lot of exhaustion there, a lot of frustration as well. Because other services are stretched as well and people are really falling through the net. When you talk about a quality service and people want to give a quality service, but there is only so much that we can do, that is really frustrating."
Does this statement sound familiar? Or are your experiences over the last year different? Can you meet the needs of your service users?
If you work with women we need to hear from you
Organisations providing a specialist service to women are vital to the vibrant nature of the voluntary sector and from our last state of the sector survey, we know that you are experiencing unique challenges.
We want to learn more about this- are you able to meet the unique needs of your clients? What is helping you do this and what is acting as a barrier?
It is essential that we hear from as many specialist organisations are we can to develop a strong evidence base that will help Clinks work to support you and advocate on your behalf.
How we will use your responses
Your anonymised responses will contribute to a report that will inform Clinks' work and which will be shared with our network of 15,000 contacts and sent to key policy decision makers. Last year's findings were presented to officials at the Ministry of Justice, the Office for Civil Society, and to the Government Relations Team at No.10.
We've extended the survey to hear from you. The survey will close on the 16th March – don’t miss your chance to be heard!
