Supporting your sustainability
Clinks is offering up to five days of consultancy support for around 50 Clinks members. This member benefit is designed to strengthen organisational and financial sustainability in the voluntary sector. The support covers a range of areas, for example:- strengthening governance and strategic decision-making
- exploring new strategies or diversifying income streams
- financial management
- bidding for tenders
- collaboration and partnerships
- designing service user engagement
- improving delivery to tackle discrimination in the Criminal Justice System
What we will provide
Clinks will cover the cost of up to five days of consultancy support which will be delivered by professionals on our Consultants Directory. To identify a consultant you would like to work with please search the directory, or, Clinks can help you find someone with the appropriate skills and experience to meet your requirements.To be eligible you must…
- be a Clinks member
- be a voluntary sector organisation
- be carrying out work with people in the Criminal Justice System or their families
- have an annual turnover of less than £3 million
- commit to working with a consultant
- provide feedback to Clinks on your experience
