What’s keeping you awake at night? - Last few places remaining!
Morning, 4th June, central Manchester, £40
These are tough times to be a leader in the voluntary sector working in criminal justice. Finances are tight, service user need is escalating, and the MoJ’s Transforming Rehabilitation programme is in its early stages so the potential impact on the sector is unclear. This half-day workshop, for Clinks members' chief executives and senior staff, will provide an opportunity to discuss your nightmare scenarios with peers. You will:
- identify and discuss your priority issues over the next few years;
- explore ways forward;
- and identify your support needs and how these might be met - to ensure a better night’s sleep!
Come and share your experiences in a facilitated session with a small group of senior staff. Learn from each other’s experiences, expertise and knowledge in a supportive environment; develop new networks, and share solutions. The event will be facilitated by Carl Reynolds, who has over 20 years’ experience of running participative and constructive events.
You will be able to continue useful conversations and networking over a free lunch. Sweet dreams!
