Vicki has worked in the substance misuse sector since 1998 and has years of valuable experience gained from working across the voluntary and statutory sectors in a variety of different roles. Vicki is currently an Executive Director of Operations for Change Grow Live, responsible for all Change Grow Live services across the Eastern Region, London and South East which includes criminal justice, substance misuse, homelessness, accommodation, and domestic abuse. In addition, Vicki is the Executive sponsor for the subsidiary Employment Training and Education charity Bounce Back.
Vicki has a master’s degree in criminology from the University of Cambridge and previously worked for the Home Office Drug Prevention Advisory Service. Vicki currently holds the substance misuse seat for Clinks on the Reducing Reoffending 3rd Sector Advisory Group and is a Trustee of St Christopher’s Fellowship, a children’s social care charity.
