If so, we would love to hear from you. The role which will oversee Nacro's delivery of its Northampton based Justice & Health contracts with direct reports, reporting to this role. The contracts that this role will manage are Finance, Benefits & Debt Advisory and Personal Wellbeing.
The purpose of this role is to successfully deliver against business objectives by developing a motivated and committed team, efficient and effective ways of working and a clear framework for measuring success. To hold a small caseload of service users. Candidates would benefit from the following experience:
Awareness of regulatory requirements in the health and justice field and where applicable, ensure that service delivery meets these requirements (HMPPS standards, CQC standards etc.)
Understanding of GDPR along with contract KPI’s and the ability to scrutinise service performance and drive improvement where required · Evidence of People Management skills
Qualified to a minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
An approachable manner with the ability to build rapport and form trusted relationships with customers and outside agencies.
Previous experience of working within a Managerial Role
Desirable experience of working within the Health and Justice Sector
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high quality services.
Understand relevant legislation regarding data protection (GDPR) and ensure that this is implemented service wide.
Ability to engage with commissioners and stakeholders at a variety of levels to demonstrate service impact and influence future commissioning.
This role will require frequent travel across our sites and so a driving license and access to your own vehicle would be very useful.

Location - Northampton Salary - £29,457 per annum Hours - 35 hours per week (+5 hours paid lunch) Job type - Full Time, Permanent
