Clinical Supervisor
BWC is seeking a supervisor to join the BWC staff team, to provide specialist trauma informed supervision to groups of staff and to our team of therapists (both those qualified and in training at Level 7 or above).
Working as a member of BWC, this role will utilise a high level of knowledge, experience of therapeutic models and previous experience of our client group’s wide range of mental health difficulties, presenting problems and life experiences.
The BWC clinical supervisor will work with some groups of BWC staff, providing monthly trauma informed supervision group sessions to max 3 staff at a time. They will also run two clinical supervision groups for therapists per week with a maximum of 4 supervisees in each group. They will attend therapy team meetings, management supervision and occasional clinical report writing for therapists.
Our therapeutic services are run by women for women and offers affordable, short term and time limited support of 12 weeks. The supervisor’s role is to ensure that high clinical standards are maintained, to support the therapists in their work with clients and to ensure that they are working within the ethos and procedures of BWC.
