IRS Wellbeing Project Worker
Back on Track are part of a partnership of charities who are working in local communities across Greater Manchester to deliver the GMIRS Wellbeing Support and Integration Service. The programme aims to reduce reoffending by working with people who are on probation to:
1. Improve their physical, emotional, and mental health and wellbeing
2. Foster healthy relationships and more positive social connections
3. Remove barriers & nurture aspirations so people can move forward in their lives
The post-holders will build strong relationships with people who join the programme, and will provide support and guidance through one-to-one session and group activities.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and flexible – putting their commitment to the people on the programme at the centre of their work. We deeply value diversity and lived experience and what it can bring to a team/role, and we welcome applications from people who may have faced disadvantage.
