Lincolnshire Action Trust
The charity delivers ETE, housing, family support and resettlement interventions both in prisons and in the community. Specific interventions are offered for women. LAT works with all offence types, and has particular specialism in resettlement of men convicted of sexual offences.
LAT delivers a number of national programmes including Liaison and Diversion and CFO3, as well as local innovations such as Young Oasis which helps children living with a parent or guardian with a drug or alcohol addiction. LAT also introduced the 'departure lounge' concept to prison, starting UK's first one at HMP Lincoln in 2015. Detainees at IRC are also supported
Volunteers are a key aspect of support, and individuals including peers, are recruited and trained for various volunteering and mentoring roles.

Restorative Thinking
During COVID 19, we are looking for partners to develop a digital learning platform for our evidence-based restorative and relational intervention programmes.
RT is a restorative organisation, proud recipients of the RSQM and the TPQM.
Recent projects include:
1) HMPPS funded pilot to rigorously test restorative practice as a means of fostering inclusive residential environments in Approved Premises (Midlands, NE Divisions)
2) County wide delivery of restorative domestic abuse perpetrator programme (Cumbria PCC), independent evaluation available on request.
