2911 Property is an early stage innovative property development social enterprise company. We work with investors and the education sector to provide vocational training opportunities in the construction/building industry with the aim of providing our clients opportunities to learn practical skills and undertake work experience. The end goal is to improve clients self-esteem, increase opportunities and employability. We work alongside local authorities and charities to place the refurbished/renovated properties into social housing schemes thereby providing increased accommodation opportunities for the clients.

3 Pillars Project works within the criminal justice system, using a combination of teamwork and rugby coaching courses as a way of engaging young people to deliver positive role-modelling and mentorship. We target high-risk young people, including under-18s, to tackle violence in prisons and gang-related behaviour through positive intervention. We also provide emotional support and guidance during each course through group discussion sessions and one-to-one mentoring relationships directed towards rehabilitation and reintegration on release from prison. We provide long-term support to all course participants, including referrals to appropriate partner organisations and/or encouraging future participation in subsequent courses as assistant coaches and peer mentors.

3SC manages contracts on behalf of voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations. The delivery of public services is a difficult and competitive marketplace, dominated by large commercial organisations that can lack the person-centred and inclusive approach to public services that the VCSE sector excels at delivering. 3SC gives these organisations a chance to compete for, and ultimately deliver, such contracts. We have built supply chains and worked with more than 550 different delivery organisations across 16 programmes in the welfare to work/employment, young people, criminal justice, and disabilities’ arenas. 3SC has supported and enabled the VCSE sector to access more than £62 million since its inception through our directly delivered contracts and Transforming Rehabilitation activities. We believe that the needs of people using public services, especially those who are hardest to reach, are best met by experienced, local, passionate and mission-driven organisations.

We provide training, workshops, one to one and keynote speeches to empower individuals and families. We use our designed CHOICE program that works on supporting with the following areas:
Confidence, Health (mental health), Organisation, Identity, Communication and Empowerment.

We use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching and Mindfulness to equip our programme participants with the necessary tools and techniques that will enable them to turn their life around and thrive.

We can provide special services to Arab, Kurds and Afghani/Iranian communities in their language if they struggle with language barriers.

We use our booklets and teaching materials to enhance the learning process.

Abianda works with gang-affected young women aged 10-24 in London and delivers training to professionals nationally. Our mission is to bring about a culture shift in the way services are delivered to gang-affected young women, so they feel safe to access help; to ensure they are no longer a hidden group in our communities; and they are free from harm and abuse. We pursue social impact through our services, training, and providing paid employment opportunities for gang-affected young women so that they can influence the future delivery of services.

Our unique model of practice addresses the barriers that stop young women seeking help. By asking young women the right questions and offering an equal, transparent relationship we help them discover their own resilience and competence and to develop the power to change their situation. Our former service users co-facilitate all our training, and so shape the way professionals understand GAYW and work with them.

We believe in the dissemination of helping skills through translating and demystifying best practice. We are now some of a handful of trainers licensed to deliver ''The Mindful Effective Employee" - an evidence based workforce intervention shown to reduce workplace stress and improve mental health.

Access Community Trust is based in Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and Thetford and works with people who may be homeless, vulnerable and suffering from social exclusion. We believe that everyone, irrespective of their background and circumstances, is entitled to live in a decent home, enjoy positive and rewarding relationships with others, engage in some meaningful activity and achieve their maximum potential.

We work with hundreds of vulnerable and disadvantaged clients in our communities, providing six supported housing units, an information, advice and guidance drop-in centre, education and training services including work with schools and a youth-led project, an employment mentoring recruitment service and a dual diagnosis mental health service. Our services support men, women, families, single mothers and young people (16+) and our ultimate aim is to help people to attain independent living and personal fulfilment within their community.

Access2Advice is a growing CIC, experienced in offering training and support to Category D prisoners. This training is augmented by offering opportunities to volunteer, which can then assist in finding employment.

The aim is to reduce reoffending in category D male prisoners within Derby and Derbyshire by addressing the key barriers to rehabilitation, such as improvement of self-confidence and motivation, improving transferable skills and employability, and by working with local businesses and the community to reduce stigma and discrimination. This is achieved through the 'breaking the cycle of re-offending' rehabilitation programme of training and support.

Current partners are APM, HMPPS.

Fry Housing Trust has been established for over 50 years, and provides accommodation-related support to ex-offenders who are at risk of homelessness. We work throughout the Midlands and currently support approximately 300 clients in Trust accommodation or through our floating support services - one of our properties is designated for ex-service personnel involved in the CJS. We additionally provide Specified Activity Requirement contracts for female offenders (Coventry & Warwickshire); resettlement services from Approved Premises across the West Midlands and the Birmingham Homeless Offender Resettlement Unit in Birmingham; and deliver a Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programme in Coventry.

The Trust employs a dedicated Employment & Skills Advisor to work with our clients, supporting access to job markets, self-employment and training/educational opportunities.

The Trust is building its bank of volunteers and is proactive in employing and engaging ex-offenders.

Adelaide House Female Approved Premises is an award winning establishment, one of the eleven independently managed Approved Premises(IAP)in the country - operationally indistinguishable from the National Probation Service(NPS)estate. We are run by a small charity based in Liverpool - Liverpool Diocese Council for Social Aid and have been in existence and working with under privileged women since 1823. We are a national resource being one of only six female AP facilities in the country and we primarily provide enhanced supervision, structure and support for high risk of harm and/or complex need women in the Criminal Justices System either on release from prison as a condition of licence or as a residential requirement of a Community Order. We also have a small number of voluntary beds which women at risk are able to access including an Emergency Domestic Violence Victim bed. We deliver a wide range of services working in partnership with both statutory and community agencies.

Adullam is a specialist supported housing association and the services we provide include supported accommodation, floating support, landlord accreditation schemes, bond schemes, and peer mentoring. We work with the most vulnerable people in society today and we offer hope and dignity through quality housing and support to people in the following client groups: homeless, young people leaving care, mothers & babies, people fleeing domestic violence, refugees and asylum seekers, people living with HIV/Aids, ex-offenders or those at risk of offending and people recovering from drug & alcohol addiction.

ADVANCE Minerva delivers advocacy and support to women who have committed crime, or young women aged 16-24yrs at risk of committing crime. We work with London CRC to support women subject to Supervision, as well as offering support to women subject to short custodial sentences, including Through the Gates work. We offer one-to-one key-work to support women experiencing issues such as debt, family breakdown, social isolation, inadequate accommodation, poor physical and mental health, substance misuse and domestic or sexual violence. We run structured group-work programmes to increase confidence and self-esteem, plus diversionary activities to reduce social exclusion and surgeries with partner agencies to improve knowledge. Our aims are to offer a range of support to address the needs that lead women to offend, thereby reducing re-offending, and enabling women and children to live safer, violence free lives so that they can flourish and actively engage in society.

The African Cultural Association is a community learning organisation and registered charity that has been supporting unemployed vulnerable and disadvantaged people since its inception in 1995.

We seek to promote awareness of different cultures in multicultural Britain and bring different communities closer to each other. We offer both training and advice services, with the latter covering areas such as housing, immigration, health, employment, legal services, education, racial harassment and debt management.

Our training is centred on the skills needed for garment construction/manufacture (Fashion, Dressmaking, Pattern cutting & Craft for beginners, Intermediate and Advance, to improve their garment construction skills to enable them to set up their own business in Dressmaking and Fashion). Our training is currently delivered from our premises in Hendon, NW4 4JX, but our resources are portable, allowing us the ability to deliver from community venues anywhere in London.

Alana House, one of PACT’s community projects, is a women’s centre based in Reading with outreach services in Berkshire. Established in 2010, Alana House takes a "one stop shop" approach and provides trauma informed, holistic support for women around the 9 pathways to reducing offending through group work, 1-2-1 support, drop in sessions and targeted partnership work. It aims to prevent women from entering the criminal justice system, break the cycle of offending and improve the outcomes for the women, their families and the wider community.

AVP helps people to deal with conflict and violence, and build better relationships with others. In Britain, this is achieved through the provision of workshops in prisons and in the wider community, and a distance learning programme, ‘Facing Up to Conflict’, available free of charge to all prisoners. The organisation's priority groups are offenders and ex-offenders, people affected by domestic violence, and those whose mental health has been affected by violence.

Priority one is to work with young people with emotional and social difficulties and young offenders. We offer curriculum, behaviour and social development. We employ qualified teachers, learning support workers and mentors to support them in reducing risky behaviour and changing harmful patterns of behaviour.
Priority is to support the broader community through a series of short courses which promotes basic life skills:
Personal Development Programmes, Health and Wellbeing, Employability Skills, parenting skills and family workshops. We promote community engagement and cohesion with regular community activities such as community gardening, employability day and health and wellbeing day.
We run women's only courses such as ESOL and BAME specific workshops. Preparation for Employment an further training with workshops in interview Skills, CV writing, work experience, business start up and community enterprise.

We are a women's community service, with a busy centre offering a one-stop-shop approach for women and their children. We offer community sentences as alternatives to custody by way of specified activity requirements,community payback and mental health treatment requirements. We offer family support and safeguarding, with a creche on site. We have prison in-reach to HMPs Eastwood Park, Drake Hall and Foston Hall offering resettlement support through the gate, with outreach on streets to sex workers. We offer accommodation floating support with partnerships with various housing providers. We have our own Independent Domestic Violence Advisor on site and offer in-house training courses on DV as well as many other topics. The project is well established having been in existence for 28 years. We have a strong team of volunteers and Catholic Sisters who offer a range of skills, personalities and strengths. We also provide enrichment activities in the CAMEO unit at HMP Foston hall.

Apex Trust provides information, advice and guidance to offenders/ex-offenders, supporting them into employment, training, education and voluntary work by assisting them in breaking down the barriers they face when moving forward with a conviction. Based in St Helens with outreach across the Liverpool City Region, ACT 4 Women is a peer support project. Beneficiaries are unemployed women ex-offenders. Former/current service users play a central role in its delivery & development. We offer Level 2 Award in Peer Mentoring, our accredited training programme, which involves opportunities to engage within communities and develop a positive sense of self, based on helping others. One of the key by-products of our work is to reduce re-offending and to achieve better integration of our clients into society. Our service is not time limited and is delivered at a pace to suit the individual to enable them to achieve their goals.

The Arkbound Foundation works with people from disadvantaged backgrounds which include all protected characteristics, as well as poverty, deprivation, homelessness, alcohol and addictions, victims of abuse and any form of disadvantage.

We got founded by an ex-prisoner, we are equality and lived experience led, are in close contact with the beneficiaries we are supporting.

We provide writing and publishing services, which include writing for wellbeing, improving educational and career related writing skills, employability, social integration, improving mental health and tackling isolation, mentoring and editing support to get into publishing and journalism.

We run writing workshops for prisoners, motivational writing competitions which tackle stigma and aid social integration, also innovational book publishing projects.
We provide supervised work placements, arrange accessible and inclusive cultural and social events, and keep an open door to our beneficiaries to join us.
